CompUSA Introduces New Technical Support Service; Dial-A-Tech Professional Will Provide Businesses With 24-Hour Support

(NYSE: CPU - news), America's Largest Computer Superstore® retailer, today announced the launch of a new technical support service offering for businesses, Dial-A-Tech Professional. Dial-A- Tech Professional is a prepaid technical support product that provides end- users with 24-hour access to certified hardware and software experts. Specialized software technicians are available to answer questions on today's most popular software applications, such as operating systems, office suites, and word processing, utility, graphics, presentation and spreadsheet applications. Dial-A-Tech Professional technicians will also provide hardware support for peripheral installations, upgrades and system maintenance issues.

Dial-A-Tech Professional is designed to provide a world-class help desk to businesses that do not have one or to augment the help desk services of a large corporation. Coverage entitles each user to unlimited calls for a period of one year from the date of purchase and will retail for $129.99 per individual user. Companies may enroll by ordering a Dial-A-Tech Professional Pre-Paid Support Card through their CompUSA account executive or by purchasing one at their nearest CompUSA Computer Superstore(SM).
