Flexible Service Plans
- CompUSA's Flexible Service Plan provides a wide range of technical computer services from a single supplier, with one toll-free number, for one price.
- The Flexible Service Plan includes:
- Help-desk support
- Break / fix labor
- Implementation of upgrade and refresh projects
- Delivery and on-site installation
- A one-year renewable contract is available. Regular reporting is provided to track your usage of the Service Plan and to identify trends.
- Set-up time is minimal. You will receive a Welcome Kit with access cards and a special Personal Identification Number (PIN). Services are initiated by calling CompUSA's National Support Center toll-free.
- As CompUSA delivers service, units are subtracted from your prepaid balance. The type of service delivered determines unit values.
Technical Services for Small Business
Network Solutions - The Network Installation Solution for Small Business starts with a complete small office network and includes options for growth. Internet Solutions - Small businesses and home offices can use the Internet to drive sales and decrease costs with the Advantage Package from CompUSA. This package includes:
- LAN service : Internet access for an entire local area network
- InternetPaper : Internet fax service that allows users to send and receive fax documents at their desktop PC
- PSIWeb : Web site hosting with 10MB of disk space (Advantage 150 only) and 100% uptime guarantee
- Email Accounts : Service includes individual email boxes for employees
- Additional options for email, usage, disk space, and data transfer are available
- Optional domain name registration is available
The basic network installation includes:
- Configuring the client and server network operating system
- Installing two new or qualified existing workstations
- Installation of the server, printer, UPS and hub
- Connecting all network devices directly to the hub with network cable
Additional options:
- Additional workstations and printers (up to 25) may be added for a fixed price per device
- A site survey can be performed for customers with complex office configurations, or for those needing assistance getting started
- A network layout plan is drawn during the site survey
- Instead of running network cable directly from a device to the hub, we can run cables in the wall or surface raceway terminating near the device with a surface mounted box or flush wall plate (Patch cables and plates included)
