Search For A Product
Search Instructions
You may search for a specific product using one of the following search options:
- Simple or keyword search -
To search by keyword, type a word or words* into the blank field on the left navigation bar then click on the "go" button. The search engine will return any instance of the word that is typed into the keyword search field.
i.e. -
Keyword: "printer"
Results: printers
printer cables
printer switchbox
printer battery packs
printer cartridges
printer stands
barcode printers
laser jet printers
- Browsing by category -
Simply click the category you wish to search (the categories are shown on the left navigation bar). You will then be able to drill down within the category.
- Power search -
Click on the Power Search link (on the left navigation bar) and fill in any of the blanks* to search by one or more of the following:
- Product Description
- Manufacturer
- Manufacturer's Part Number
- SKU
- Price
Initial search results are automatically sorted by the manufacturer name. By clicking the link at the top of the column, you may re-sort the results by SKU, manufacturer's part number or price.
*Search Operators
In order to limit the scope of a search, operators may be used to join together single words or phrases. Phrases are defined as a group of words enclosed within quotes. If no operator is specified, then the AND operator is assumed.
The search engine recognizes the following operators
- NOT (~) - negates the word/phrase immediately following.
- AND (&) - both words/phrases on either side of the operator must be present in the result set.
- OR (+) - either words/phrased on each side of the operator must be present in the result set.
