Here's how it works:

1. Find out if your product is available for In-Store Pick-Up: Underneath the Add to Cart button on the product page, you will find one of three indications - Delivery/Pick-Up, Pick-Up, or Delivery. If the word "Pick-Up" is not present, the product does not qualify for In-Store Pick-Up reservation at this time (it may still be available in store).

2. Locate participating In-Store Pick-Up stores in your area by entering your zip code in the "Participating Stores" box to the right.

3. Continue normal checkout process and select "Store Pick-Up" as your shipping method. Select which location is most convenient and proceed to place your reservation.

4. Click "Place Order" and you’re done! Print your confirmation e-mail, which will have your reservation number (WC#), and bring it (along with credit card and proper ID) to the Business Services desk at the store you chose.

Keep in mind, you are making a reservation at the store – not placing an order. We will not charge your account until you come to the store and purchase it.
Note: To take advantage of rebates or special pricing with In-Store Pick-Up, your order must be picked up within the timeframe of the offer(s).

How long after I place my reservation will it be ready for pick-up?
The next business day is the standard time for pick-up.

How long will the store hold my product reservation?
Product will be re-shelved within 72 hours.

Why do you not charge my credit card/Net30 until I show up In-Store?
Flexibility. You don't have to use the card you reserved with - If you want to pay cash, check or another card, you can. If you change your mind, you don't have to deal with the hassle of messy refund credits. Also, you're free to add to or change your order once you're at the store. It's quick and easy.

Why ask for my credit card if you're not going to use it?
It's like making a hotel reservation - it's simply to secure your reservation so we can take it off the selling floor in the store.
