Carry-In Replacement Service
An LCD TV priced under $299.99 is a carry-in replacement plan. Bring your product and your proof of product and warranty purchase into a local CompUSA store. Once store personnel verify that your product is defective and coverage is valid, you will receive a replacement of the covered product with a store voucher, store credit, or like-kind and quality product equal to the original product purchased not to exceed the original purchase price.

Component Replacement Guarantee
If your product fails three (3) times due to the same part(s) failure during the Plan term, after expiration of the manufacture's warranty period, the PROVIDER will have the option of either replacing the failed component with one of like quality or making a non-cash settlement.**

Power Surge Protection up to $1,000
Damage or defects to your covered product caused by a power surge will be covered up to $1000.00 for the life of the Plan.

Transferable to a New Owner
If you transfer ownership of your product, the Plan may be transferred by paying the Administrator a $10.00 transfer fee.
