Connect external hard drive to computer and/or install internal hard drive

Install and configure all software and drivers.

Verify that the operating system locates the drive(s) and the drive(s) respond to commands.

Set up the operating system software for other computers on the network to access the drive contents.

Configure computer system to create routine back-up schedules.

Review with office manager available back-up options for the most valuable records and data.

Demonstrate how to retrieve backup file in case of accidental deletion of current work.
Terms and Conditions:

An adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site.

Computers must be easily accessible at time of appointment.

Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 1-800-CompUSA (1-800-266-7872), Option 6.

CompUSA reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.

Hardware or peripherals to be installed or upgraded must meet or exceed the manufacturer's minimum requirements for the computer configuration.

CompUSA guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the labor warranty.
