Carry-In Replacement Plan

If your unit becomes mechanically or electrically defective, simply carry it into your local CompUSA store for a one-time replacement of your original product with a product of equal or similar features, specifications, and functionality.

In-Store Installation

Some peripherals require installation, this coverage provides that installation. A CompUSA Techknowledgist will install your peripheral for you at your local CompUSA store.

Transferable to a New Owner

If you transfer ownership of your product, the Plan may be transferred by paying the Administrator a $10.00 transfer fee.
How to Use the TAP Plan
Here's how your service plan works:

Please have your receipt information and serial number available when making your claim

If your product is within 21 days of purchase, please return to the store for a refund or exchange.

If your product is beyond 21 days of purchase, please carry your unit into your local CompUSA store for your one-time replacement of your original product. Your product will be replaced with a product of equal or similar features, specifications, and functionality.
**Product must be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. TAP does not cover routine maintenance, data, software, or product accessories. All TAP exclusions apply.
