Our service technicians will install and upgrade of any one item from the following list into a functional Windows compatible desktop PC, regardless of where you bought it.

• Hard drive
• Video or audio card
• Network card or adaptor
• Media drive (DVD-R/CD-R or media reader)
• RAM ( Notebooks installation also available)
• New processor
• Modem or USB card or I/O device
• Standard application software

Terms and Conditions

1. An adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site.
2. Computer must be easily accessible at time of appointment.
3. Computer must be in working condition and compatible for chosen upgrades.
4. Microsoft Windows® 98 operating systems may require additional configuration charges.
5. Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.
6. Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer.
7. CompUSA guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the labor warranty.
8. Standard CompUSA services delivery is considered within 40 miles of a CompUSA location. However, we deliver to most states in the U.S. Call 1-800-CompUSA to confirm service delivery to your location.
9. Service labor offers must be prepaid.
10. Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 1-800-CompUSA (1-800-266-7872), Option 6.
11. CompUSA reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
