CompUSA TAP 2 Year International Laptop Repair Plan

(Based on manufacturer's information)Technology Assurance Program International Service Plan

Purpose:
The International Service Plan is designed to give the customer complete coverage on their eligible purchases and was developed to replace the original manufacturer’s warranty for those customers that will take their purchases outside the United States.

Coverage:
The International Service Plan commences upon the date of product purchase. The Plan will cover the authorized repair claims that would normally be covered by the manufacturer during the manufacturer’s warranty period. For all covered repairs, product(s) must be carried in to a local authorized repair center as directed by the CompUSA Call Center. Where it is geographically feasible, on-site service may be arranged. If the product needs to be returned to the United Sates for repair, all shipping charges will be covered under the Service Plan. Any replacement of a covered product in its entirety shall fulfill the Obligor’s obligations under the Service Plan.

If the Customer Needs Service:
If the product fails due to a hardware defect or if the customer is unable to verify if it is a hardware defect, simply call the CompUSA Call Center using the worldwide service number. This number is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
