  • Service Programs - Three and five year service plans for computer systems provide coverage above and beyond any warranties offered by the manufacturer. TAP provides you with comprehensive support coverage, flexible repair options and more.

  • Replacement Service Plan - The economical one-year Replacement Service Plan is for peripheral products priced under $500.00. If your product breaks down during the coverage period, we will replace it with a product of equal or similar value - at no charge to you.

  • Parts and Labor - TAP coverage includes free parts and labor.

  • Support - In the event of a hardware problem, we provide toll-free, 24-hour help desk support by service technicians, seven days a week.

  • Service Centers - We have a nationwide network of Authorized Service Centers that are ready to help. Your investment is covered by TAP even if you travel or relocate outside of our service area.

  • Power Surge Protection - In the event of a power surge, you are covered up to $1,000.00 worth of damages.

  • Renewable Coverage - If you keep your computer longer than the service plan's life, you can renew your coverage.

  • No Lemon Guarantee - If any component experiences three failures, we will replace it whether or not it can be repaired.

  • No Hidden Charges - You will never be charged for service and support while covered by a Technology Assurance Plan.
