I just installed this Lite-on DH-204H into a new computer. It perform well. I havent installed the software as of yet. After finding that the Quality and price is a great deal, I purchased a second one for a second machine. Even with the shipping cost the price beats local store prices for the same product.

Replaced my burned out CD burner with this quiet-fast DVD burner Feb 9th. I registered on line and downloaded the latest software. Some conflicts with old video settings if you default to new software. I installed it in a 5yr old 2.53ghz Intel , XP home with no problem.

I just got this last week and it works great! I haven't had any troubles it's quiet and burns without a hitch. For the money one can't go wrong.

Just got this a few weeks ago and it has worked perfectly! The lightscribe utility that came with it was junk for me (locked up Nero when it tried to detect a lightscribe enabled drive), but I just shut it off and Nero 7 (bundled with the drive) burned both labels and my dvd images flawlessly!
