Status Reporting
Status reporting is a high level desktop assessment that is conducted in three phases.
- Phase one - All PC equipment and software identified by the customer is tested for Y2K compliance. The resulting data is entered into an inventory database.
- Phase two - Hardware and software results are matched against testing criteria supplied by product manufacturers.
- Phase three - Findings are presented to the customer in a Status Report.
Qualified Management (QM) System 2000
QM System 2000 is for customers who require a more comprehensive, enterprise-wide road map to Y2K compliance, or who choose to become Y2K compliant internally.
- A process is created which includes a timeline and over 400 proven steps that allow you to self-manage this initiative in each area of business.
- Personal phone coaching is available to guide you through the first month of the process.
