If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
All Internet orders are shipped once they are credit-verified. Please allow at least one additional business day for credit approval. Once credit approval has been obtained your order will ship within the processing time listed via the shipping method you selected.

What is the return policy for online orders?

Can I ship to a different address than the address on my credit card?
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, this address must be listed on your credit card account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can contact your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card.

If you have already placed an order and have added your alternate shipping address to your credit card, please email [email protected] to expedite the processing of your order.

How can I get technical help for products purchased online?

What if I am tax exempt?
If you are tax exempt in the state where the product will be shipped, please call us at 1-800-278-4685, to pre-qualify. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for future purchases.

How can I calculate shipping costs and tax?
