Tax Exempt Customers
Tax-exempt orders may be processed online. Please follow the steps below to obtain tax-exempt web status:
1.) Prior to placing your order, CompUSA.com requires a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. This certificate must be valid in the state where the products will be shipped and serves as the only acceptable proof of your tax-exempt status. Be prepared to provide this information.
2.) Contact your local Sales Rep or our Sales Department 1-800-278-4685 ext. 4620 Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time.
If the order you are placing will be shipped to a state that does not charge tax, you will not be charged tax, regardless of your tax-exempt status.
